Androgyny By Members -- No Longer Permitted

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL MEMBERS:

At the end of November 2008, any and all profiles which do not have the gender of each member listed within their profiles will be deleted from the tessmage.com Forums database.

I do not approve of internet androgyny and catty deception on this website. If you need to hide your gender then you simply do not belong here. This is not a case of me being dictatorial, either. It's an attempt to encourage us all to be a COMMUNITY... not a bunch of androgynous and dehumanized robots. If we were all sitting in a big room together, then there would be very little question as to each person's gender. The same is going to hold true for this community, period. Let's all learn (or re-learn) how to live together in the real world for a change, okay..?

REPEAT: all profiles which do not include the gender of the member in question will be summarily deleted en masse from our database, starting at the end of this month. This means that your Forum account... as well as all of your topics and posts... will simply disappear forever. There will be no exceptions and I am giving you plenty of advance notice.

I'm bumping this topic.

Why? Because I've noticed several of our members (mostly the newer ones) have not declared a gender in their profiles.

Please do so immediately, folks.
